The benefits are great and the culture is extremely positive and chill. I want to go into work each day.

Cons

On average, probably lower pay than alternatives. Sometimes, things can be too chill which can create crunch time when we aren't as successful. Pretty hands off management becomes sort of micromanagey

They hire people based on their culture values - so you work with people you want to work with Upper management is very capable and approachable Company is managed conservatively to be able to help their employees long term

Cons

Teams can feel isolated in the mostly-remote work environment New teams can take time to get acclimated into the company trust circle

Pros

Good benefits. Leadership team is great. They do a really good job aligning everything to their values and mission. They really do care about their values and how each employee fits into those.

Cons

It's hard to grow into other departments especially if you're remote and out of state. If you don't like change then you should not work there. They are growing a lot which means things change a lot and it is hard to get into a good rhythm.
