      They have a lot of resources for you to learn

      Cons

      They put half the floor on a performance plan and haven't adjusted goal even though the market is changing. Someone I referred there was hired on and was put on a performance plan the day he was done with training. My first conversation with my sales director was him letting me go

      Pros

      Great culture, lots of rah-rah and team spirit. Hungry, driven and constant banging on the drum. Good people overall with very high expectations.

      Cons

      Training is hit and miss. Cadence is constant and daily....sometimes hourly. Monthly instead of quarterly quota is not in alignment with customer timetables. If you don't make it in the position you were hired for, you are out the door.

      Pros

      People at BambooHR are passionate about culture, and strive to make it an inclusive environment. Every manager I've worked with is caring and sincere in their concern for my well-being. Paid-paid vacation is a great bonus, and the 401k and HSA match are impressive. Company meetings happen twice a year and are a nice break from the usual day-to-day.

      Cons

      Even accounting for bonuses, paid-paid vacation, 401k, insurance, and HSA, BambooHR pays me much lower than another company would for my same experience and work focus. Work-life balance seems to be fading as the company has big goals for growth but not a lot of concern for the workload it's placing on employees.
