      Pros

      Benefits are insanely good. 401k, hsa, vacation, pto, etc.

      Cons

      No commission, which could be positive for some people, but not commission driven reps.

      Paid paid time off. No overtime work. They treat you like a human being and really care about you personally.

      They care about you as a person. They don't just train you to be better for them but their values and lessons apply no matter your journey whether personal or professional. The provide the best of the basics and beyond to take care of your health and to help you enjoy your life. They recognize you for your hard work and honestly create a family environment.

      Not enough creamies! ;) (granted I get to work from home so....)
