      Pros

      After working at BambooHR, I don't see how I would ever want to work anywhere else. Here they really believe work hard, play hard. Work hard and go home and enjoy your life. No one will be emailing you on weekends or bugging you at 7pm at night for an urgent deadline. On top of all that life balance stuff, the values at Bamboo of being open and assuming the best are really practiced and they make it actually constructive to have a tough conversation with someone.

      Cons

      I can't think of one. If I were to run a company, I'd want it to be like BambooHR.

      - The company is very focused on all of the their employees. The may have some growing pains, but they quickly try to resolve any issues or problems with attention to the individuals. - Paid Paid vacation is absolutely one of the best benefits in the world. - Company values extend far beyond the workplace. These values will help everyone in all aspects of life. - Onboarding process is 2nd to none

      - Drab workspace. They need an interior designer
