Pros

Overly positive (became cringe after a while tho) Work from home policy is solid provided equipment (monitor computer etc.) Good training program for beginners

Cons

Only signed offer due to feeling lazy not wanting a real sales job and ended up leaving quick for something else Mind numbing training for anyone who's sold before Obviously not with any real sales killers Commission is laughable - highest earners aren't even breaking 150k base pay is criminal

Pros

Encouraging culture (varies by division/department), genuinely caring managers around the board, good benefits

Cons

Pay is too low, hasn’t been market adjusted in more than a year (and was low before then). Sales recently got told that effective soon, all previously Remote workers in the Sales department who live anywhere close to the office will be expected to work-in office 3 days per week. Feels like a betrayal from past promises/expectations, and it’s going to make life harder/worse for many reps and teams that were already consistently hitting (and surpassing) their goals. This sweeping change isn’t needed, and if there are individuals/teams that need it, address it with them without mandating a new policy for all. For those of us with children, child care is going to be wildly expensive to figure out now that we’re required to return to office. In that sense, it’s less take-home money than before. I’m surprised that company leadership (headlined by a new CRO who seems to be behind the recent changes) is committing the generally unforced-error of “Company invests in better/bigger office space” —> “Remote workers lives get worse as they’re forced to return to office, morale plummets, top performers leave for more flexible roles (like the one they used to have)”. I’ve been fairly “bought-in” to the company/department culture, but many of the recent changes (especially without any sort of concessions) are just making daily life in our roles harder. I’d love to continue with Bamboo but for the first time in years I’m considering my future options.

Thank you for your feedback about compensation and in-office work expectations. We've had a philosophy and policy that working from home isn't a substitute for childcare, and we're wanting to better understand your comments related to increased costs - please connect with your leadership team further on your needs if you have a specific situation that needs additional consideration. We're happy our encouraging culture, leadership team, and benefits are resonating and wish you continued success in your role. Thanks, Anita, Head of HR
