I met and worked with many of the Directors of Engineering over at Bamboo, phenomenal leaders, brilliant, and personable. The recruiting staff also does fantastic job, friendly, and professional. Bamboo has a fantastic culture, great products and they continue to grow. Highly recommended for anyone considering opportunities there.

I have never had better managers at any prior job than I do at BambooHR. They are serious about their culture and weave that into the hiring process, so you work with a lot of great people. The benefits are also fantastic

They are average to below market average for many different roles in terms of compensation.
