      Great People, great product

      Pros

      Great People, they really live their values, taking long vacations is encouraged (and even help paid for). I don't know if this is good or bad right now, but the company is very "Frugal". They don't have things like soda machines/snacks in the office, and sometimes getting approval for new software or products is a major pain, but on the plus side, they are extremely stable financially. They don't take on debt or have to answer to shareholders, which in the scary tech world right now is very comforting.

      Cons

      Sometimes they act like they are still a small company, but they are not, and while they are getting better at this, there is still a lot of room to grow. Local development environments suck. They are flaky and not easy to set up.
