      Pros

      BambooHR has managers and leadership who are on your side! I just got back from a 3-week paid parental leave for adopting my son during which BambooHR sent me a $50 Doordash gift card and I went on a vacation using BambooHR's paid paid vacation program which had them pay for $2000 of my vacation all while paying me for my time off. That is just a few examples of how BambooHR shows that they care.

      Cons

      When I first started at BambooHR I was a little disappointed by the starting wage as it was $10,000 less annually than another company I applied for and it was the same position. I do think they are fair with pay though.

      Pros

      Great management that is understanding and easy to access, clear work expectations, comprehensive training for the job, clear company values that they try to stick to and work towards.

      Cons

      The pay could be much more competitive for the work that is expected from the role. There isn't a lot of upward progression internally that can come from this role. The company is really strict about when you work your hours, even when you could reasonably work during a different time.
