Not good pay for levels AE1, AE2, or AE3

Great product, great people, good benefits. They give you sets, around 4 set per week usually.

Cons

Not good pay for lower level Account Executives. Only good once we reach Senior Account level status which generally takes 12-20 months, assuming you do well. You still have to do prospecting, cold calls to fill your pipeline and reach your quota

Cons

Top performers are rewarded for working well outside of the 8 hour shift. Global organization covered by US time zones, expect to work in the evening if you have an australian client or work in the morning for Asia.
