      Great company if you're not in sales.

      Company Culture Good product for their market.

      Cons

      Too many. Stressful, month-to-month quotas, and sales reps aren't a part of the Holiday Bonus structure.

      Best Part, Coworkers

      Pros

      Benefits are great. You get a great medical, dental, and vision package. It’s very affordable. They’ll pay $2000 to go on a trip, but will be taxed as a bonus. Best PTO package around. Coworkers are the best! They help you get the job done, and are open to help you.

      Cons

      No room for growth at all. We aren’t paid very great for a tech company. Company gave great swag few years ago, but started to become cheap this last year. Culture has changed in the last three years. Not everyone lives or follows the BambooHR values. Getting a promotion is nonexistent and hard to get. No wiggle room for PTO in December, January and quarter starts. Not a lot of work life balance for a lot of people in the Payroll Implementation team.
