      Pros

      Culture is top-notch (though definitely starting to shift as we continue to get bigger). Benefits are great--I literally pay $8/pay period for my insurance. Environment and growth opportunities are very healthy. The product is genuinely really cool!

      Cons

      The only 2 things I can think of here are the pay and that the culture is shifting. Pay is a funny thing because we're continually told that Bamboo is paying at market value, but this is absolutely not true. They are centered in Utah where cost of living is high and compared to other software companies pay less. I think they sometimes use "good culture" as an excuse as to not pay people what they're worth and that's not cool.

      Great environment, low pay

      Pros

      Great coworkers, supportive managers, positive environment, and they tend to live by most of their values.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits were ridiculously low before inflation hit and raises are barely putting a dent in the rapidly growing cost of living.
