Pros

The benefits are really Good. They care about You spending time away from work to enjoy quality of life. Very strong company so there is no fear of a layoff or losing your job if you don’t perform.

Cons

No quota relief for vacations and terrible at setting realistic quotas. VERY FEW people hit quota. If you are going to apply here, ask about how many people hit quota and hit their OTE. (Employees as a whole and people in their current role for at least a year). They lose reps because they won’t pay more or give more stock options (RSU’s) and they put people on PIPs with unrealistic goals.

Best company I have ever worked for (for real). They truly care about their employees and people there love and have the passion to work for the company. Flexible and most roles are remote/hybrid.

Cons

Remote work may limit some team building time.

Excellent Company/Poor Sales Culture

Great benefits, good values, good product, good marketing.

Cons

Cutthroat sales culture. They micromanage you to death. No freedom of thought, you have to sell with their scripts, their methods, their email templates. Good place to learn if brand new to sales. Not a place for senior level sales professionals.
