      Great coworkers and managers, non-competitive pay

      Pros

      -Never met a more fun or helpful group of people to work with. Co-workers were inspiring and made you want to contribute. -The product itself was pretty cool and interesting to learn. -Managers were great and had your back. -There were extensive resources available for every situation and processes were very organized compared to some other SaaS companies in the area. Perhaps due to how BambooHR is older than many of the others.

      Cons

      -Metrics could be difficult to meet at times. -I found that the pay was not competitive with other tech companies in the area, especially for the level of quality expected in the Support department. This is even taking into account the other comp benefits they offer, like Paid Paid and bonuses. -Because the co-workers are so great, certain promotions and opportunities can be really competitive.

      Great benefits, not super loyal

      They have incredible benefits. Example: Insurance for my family of 4 was $18/month.

      Cons

      They care a lot about their bottom line and aren’t afraid to get rid of mas quantities of people in order to take care of themselves.

      I genuinely feel valued. I have received a ton of mentorship and development and I love the work that I do.
