      Pros

      The PEOPLE! I love being surrounded by absolute rock stars in their respective fields. It's great to love the people, love the culture, and love the product and service we provide. We're making a big difference in our effort of freeing people to do great work. The two co-founders are some of the best people I know and I've learned so much from working with them. I also love the work-life balance at BambooHR and that family time is valued so much. What other company offers paid, paid vacations (paid time off AND reimbursed vacation expenses) each year? They put their money where their mouth is when it comes to values and culture. This is by far, the best company I've personally worked for.

      Cons

      Growing pains, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

      Pros

      I left a dead-end retail job to come work at BambooHR. I am on the Customer Service team which often times makes people grimace and give you their condolences, but not so with Bamboo; the company is like one big family and regardless of your role, you feel valued and important. Ben and Ryan (the founders of the company) are AMAZING to work with. They are friendly and make an effort to get to know everyone personally. The company is honest and provides awesome benefits. Our PTO perks are amazing. I didn't realize how much fun working could be. :)

      Some separation between the in-office employees and the remote employees.

      Pros

      BambooHR is one of the best companies I have ever worked for! They truly have a unique culture and bring the best out of their employees. I am truly amazed by the support and encouragement that they provide to their employees. I have heard companies say before how much they love their employees and value them but for the first time ever I truly believe it here. They encourage you to go for your dreams and to never ask you to put them first above your own family. They have become a family to me away from my own family.

      Cons

      I can't think of any of the policies or perks that I had issues with. For the most part I was very satisfied with this company.
