There are a set number of company values.

They aren’t really living up to them anymore. Stopped being fully remote and now making people come in to the office even though we work better from home.

Every employee at BambooHR that I have worked with is amazing to work with. Everyone is so nice, cooperative, and working hard in their position. This applies from the front-line all the way up to the executives. Everyone is also transparent and there are no politics when it comes to work. They also provide a great compensation package.

Cons

I honestly have not found any cons to working at BambooHR.
