Pros

The longer your here the more the freedom and flexibility you have in this career. I've been here 10yrs and have earned a significant income with the ability to manage my time with my four daughters. This company offers many opportunities for financial freedom and it doesn't require a college degree. I appreciate my management team and the training.

Cons

This is a career and not a job. It takes more than 40hrs a week to build a career. You must be prepared to study nights and weekends to become an expert. The freedom can give people a false sense that they can work less hours and still make six figures. The first year is the hardest for commission only but after that, the renewals make it easier.

Pros

I was able to meet new people and ride around a lot.

Cons

Used our own vehicles. Now that I have been gone from the company for months now, they just sent me a letter stated that I had an outstanding balance because some clients cancelled their plans. I feel that shouldn't be my responsibility. I paid for everything with that company from the usage of my vehicle to the laptop that I used. Everytime I call them, no one answers.

Pros

Nothing of consequence to report here. Goodness knows how this company had stayed around for this long.

Cons

At best, it's a scam that victimize 1st year Agents. They pressure agents to spend long hours calling cold old leads. Then terminate without cause so they can prevent new agents from earning residual income. Then they try to bill you for any commission you earned. Stay far away from this company!
