Pros

You get to keep SOME of the money that you make. Good experience at doing cold calls and working bad leads.

Cons

In Philly, you have to pay 20% of all your annuity commissions to another agent who doesn't work the case with you. You WILL NOT be allowed to use any securities licenses that you have. They will wait until you are hired to admit that you need to get "Bankerized" before you can use them, but they will never define what that means. You will pay $400 a month in rent to work in the office. (it starts at $100 but quickly goes up) Less than 10% of the agents in the Philly branch make anything close to $100K

Pros

Great branch manager and enjoyed the people I worked with.

Cons

It is so hard to earn money here! I was a top 20 rookie agent in he country and wasn't even breaking $2000 a month! Also, sometimes you may have thought you made money, and then bam the person fails their blood test or decides to cance, and you get charged back or don't get the commission at all! You can even go negative with your check! Oh and the kicker, my favorite part is 5 months after leaving there I got a letter saying I owe them $1800... Do not get sucked into this company!
