Pros

I had an excellent training experience at Bankers. Learned alot about insurance business and sales.

Cons

Don't like hiring model. It seems as though they'll hire anyone and see who makes it. Many agents are gone within two weeks, and it is the are exception that makes it a year. Products are too expensive and easily replaced.

Pros

Some very dedicated people that have been there for years that are very helpful and truly know how to work with others.

Cons

However, there is also a high degree of nepotism and promotions of those not based on skill or value add, but on how they do what they're told without question. Many times over 6 years, I saw good people get hired that were full of ambition get shot down several times and get so frustrated that they would just leave.
