Mediocrity Incarnate

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

-Profitable company -Remote work -Flat organizational structure

Cons

This company is the definition of mediocrity. There are a few talented employees, but many folks (including some C suite) are just average in most ways. The Board and Executive Leadership are mostly old white guys that really value the traditional ways of doing things and have little idea of just how far ahead the data-driven competitors are. It's all good though because for all our efforts working 60+ hours during the Pandemic, leadership rewarded everyone with a plastic pin. If that doesn't tell you how stuck in the past this organization is then you might just be the perfect candidate.
