Pros

If you get lucky enough to have a manager that knows what they are doing you'll be great. Other than that, they pay is decent and the benefits are expensive but still good.

Cons

Poor management, unappreciated, sometimes doesn't get a lunch, no coverage when people are gone.

Pros

Good hours, benefits, good people to work with, good clientle.

Cons

Most job positions are dead ends. Very few job advancement options, staff not replaced when they leave making branches short handed, demotions occur or positions eliminated just because upper management decides to do this not due to anyrhing employees have done so no job security. Staff more likely to be criticized than encouraged. Management likes to push their responsibility back onto staff as opposed to taking care of manager type responsiblities themselves.
