Pros

Other then it being a job, I can't really think of any pros about it. But I have a few cons.

Cons

No training what so ever at what I was hired to do, your entire job isn't disclosed to you until you start. Under payed. They are about 10 years behind with technology. From what I've seen the customer service their doesn't exist.

Pros

Great coworkers. Direct management seemed genuinely involved in employee development and meeting goals. Great clientele.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations that constantly changed from executive management. Completely out of touch with how the dynamics of different divisions could affect goal outcomes. Very petty behaviors displayed.

Pros

Toxicly positive work environment. Easy job

Cons

I accepted this job because of the positive work culture I saw and the manager said I could increase my income with the "skill based pay" system they had . After working here for a year, I can confidently say the skill based pay has nothing to do with the employees' work. They will make up new standards and mess with your statistics just to make sure Banner doesn't have to give a pay raise. I finally managed to get a pay increase, but I had to tell my manager directly that I knew she was lying to me and complain to her superior to get. The positive work environment is solely driven by managers. Anyone that actually has to work with customer and is doing something other than micro-management is clearly unhappy with their work situation. Most employees just keep quite so they might be allowed to get a pay raise.
