      Pros

      Great people to work with. Its small company atmosphere is conducive to getting things done easily. It's a growing company and management is generally willing to provide opportunities to top performers.

      Cons

      Its competitiveness in the market has lost its edge over the years. It got involved with too many different technologies that are not be vital to its core. It is difficult to see what the long term vision is when it comes to technology development. Change happens very slowly in this area.

      Negative/Cut-throat Culture: The work environment is highly competitive, often to the detriment of collaboration and team spirit. This can lead to stress and burnout among employees. Old Boys Club: There is a noticeable lack of diversity in leadership positions. This can make it difficult for fresh perspectives to be heard and valued. Lack of Diversity and Appreciation of LGBTQ+ Community: The company does not seem to prioritize diversity and inclusion, particularly when it comes to LGBTQ+ employees. There is a lack of support for these groups, which can create a feeling of exclusion. Poor Treatment of Employees: There is a general lack of appreciation for employees' hard work and dedication.

      There is opportunity to learn about the industry and electronics manufacturing.

      Cons

      The upper management of the company does not care about people. There is an unrealistic timeline associated with the closing and moving of other facilities. Employees have to rely on their own talent as there is no time to develop people. Departments are not cohesive and are quick to throw another under the bus.
