      Nice, kind people and nice office. Great work - life balance!

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic and slow decision-making, no possibility to work yourself up the ladder. No promotion within 3 years and bad pay. Not very many activities internally with team nor with office.

      You gain much experience working in a fast paced environment and you have the chance to develop much technical and practical knowledge. A great experience, especially for those starting their career.

      Cons

      Poor middle management, lack of flexibility, HR focusing on wrong agenda and not on employee satisfaction. You do not get to participate in the company’s career path for you and career progression is not performance based.
