A ton. Horrible management and bad HR. Huge turn over from bad training and long hours. Direct supervisors, especially on nights and in packaging are clueless and are more interested in working people to the point they quit. People constantly using drugs and alcohol on the job and a wild disconnect between the upstairs management and the employees that keep the people in management making money. Don't work here unless you want to hate your life.
