Pros

Family owned, great benefits and offers a broad degree of responsibility. Genuine commitment to sustainability, diversity and improving the world through food.

Cons

Environment varies based on department. Has a relatively flat organization so growth may not be upward but it is possible to gain significant experience in a variety of areas.

Communication between departments are weak. Nobody exactly knows in details who does the process. There is no enough evaluation system for everybody to evalate each other

Pros

I really liked the company and the overall atmosphere. It help with my overall sales development and jumpstarted my career.

Cons

I wish I was worked in a location that was in a city, like Chicago, rather than a suburb. Also my commute was a bit rough.
