Not back breaking work, good people there, everybody is pretty helpful

Cons

12 hour shifts, so it's long hours especially working the night shift 7 pm - 7 am

Cons

Limited opportunities in marketing unless you work on pasta blue box - hard to grow if you are in sauce, bakery or ready meals. Not focused on innovation
