Pros

The idea behind the company and the values the "Family" still believes in (or not?). Some colleagues Health benefits.

Cons

No meritocracy. HR doesn't exist, at all. The "Family" doesn't have a clue of what happens in their company. As soon as you leave, you understand how much your career can fly!

Pros

- Very nice and open colleagues - Own ideas are heard and if they are convincing you can implement them - International environment - A lot of employee benefits (lunch, discount on own products, company doctor, health measures, pension, ...)

Cons

- Quite high workload, but of course it is up to oneself how much time you really invest and how much you focus and prioritize
