Pros

Amazing company culture and community. Everyone is close and easy to get along and work with. Flexible around school, family, or other work obligations. Fun B2B management. They have great and consistent relationships with each franchise owner and company that they work with.

Cons

Wish I could have seen the SLC office building, however the North Salt Lake office is awesome!

The company is committed to creating a great working environment and works hard to make sure its employees are happy in and outside of work. They offer great benefits for a smaller company as well.

Cons

Working at BaseCamp requires a high level of customer service skills to keep franchisees happy.

BaseCamp Franchising is a local, well established business with proven success and has been around for 25 years with continued growth year after year. They provide the support and tools needed to succeed with a lot of opportunity to grow within the organization if you so desire. BaseCamp Franchising has a true work/life balance as I witness happy, fulfilled employees each & every day. The kitchen is well stocked with snacks, drinks and lunch options and is greatly appreciated by all.
