3yThank you for your feedback. Our goal is to make BaseCamp as rewarding a place to work as possible and we’re sorry to hear that your experience has fallen short. As we’ve transitioned into our leadership roles over the past several months, Tyler and I have identified many areas for improvement and are working hard to address each.
In particular, we’re committed to making sure all employees have opportunities to grow and are given the tools they need to succeed. Rewarding employees for their contributions is also incredibly important, and our aim is to build a culture where every member of the team feels recognized and appreciated.
