Pros

Coworkers were great. Overall team was fun.

Cons

Leadership disorganized. Hypocritical work environment - say they'll improve, but never do. No room for growth.

Thanks for the review! I'm not sure what you mean about no room for growth though. Almost every director of our company was hired from within after moving up in their respective departments. I would appreciate more detail on why you felt that way.. Feel free to email me at scott@bcfranchise.com. Best, Scott Sloan (CEO)

Pros

Good team, people are friendly and nice there, flexibility to work from home. Can work as full-stack engineer, front-end and back-end.

Cons

not much training, you need to learn by yourself.

Pros

Great atmosphere, snacks in the kitchen, on-the-job training, relaxed work environement. The only people in the office after about 4:30 are tech support. It's not a workaholic culture. Great coworkers that enjoy being with eachother. It feels good to work for the resale industry and to help franchisees succeed in their businesses. Lots of promotion opportunities too!! The company is growing fast.

Cons

You can't work from home. Some of the systems they use are old to store and collect data. Franchisees can be really rude.

Thanks for the feedback. I will take a look at how we can improve the timeclock system. Come talk to me about your educational goals and maybe there's something we can do for you. --Scott, CEO
