Basecamp was a great place to explore my skill set and gain experience, Plus, great snacks.

Cons

I often felt overwhelmed, undervalued, and stressed out. Nepotism is rampant on the executive team which has resulted in an unorganized and inefficient workplace.

But there are opportunities to advance for those that show initiative regardless of this perceived nepotism.
