6yCOVID has created challenges for many businesses, including ours. I hope you can understand that the decision to say goodbye to some members of our team at the end of March was extremely difficult. It comes as a surprise to hear about how dissatisfied you were here at BaseCamp and that our internal employee review process didn't work as intended and provide you a forum and opportunity to express those frustrations. Employee satisfaction is very important to us and I'm disappointed that we weren't able to address them prior to your departure.
