Pros

The discounts are the best part about working at bass pro. 40% off store brand items and 15% off all other brands.

Cons

A lot of work for a little pay. Company tries to cut down on hours/costs at expense of employees.

Pros

The conservative attitude of the company. The people were easy to get along with. Provided uniform made getting ready easy. The store is beautiful and we took pride in keeping it clean. The customers were great! This is Candyland to them. They WANT to be there. Knowledgable staff because most of them did it part time and worked in the departments they were passionate about.

Cons

The schedule. Nights, weekends, holidays. But, it's retail. What do you expect. Also, the pay for associates was low.
