      Pros

      The atmosphere of the store and its enthusiastic customers make it fun place to work. The staff are great, knowledgeable people who treat each like family. Also, you can't beat the awesome employee discount.

      Cons

      The fact that it's retail, your schedules are never set in stone, the hours are crazy and days are long, sometimes even too short to be worth the gas money. Management is the biggest con, they do not care about their employees and make poor choices that end up hurting their employees, rather themselves. Favoritism is very huge in this company and HR does nothing about it.

      Discount and steady paycheck every week

      Being told in notes sent out by management that hrs are given to people who get gear guards and credit cards they get special consideration. So no matter how well you do or how hard you try it doesnt matter.

      Only good thing was the discount.

      Cons

      Horrible team leads and managers. If you are not in the click, you are treated unfairly. Low pay for a lot of work. Raises are horrible at 20-30 cents a year. Seem to be hiring non outdoor enthusiast. HR manager seems to cover up a lot of scandals and store manager does not care. When you call corporate and tell them your concerns, they act like your expendable. I seen lots of sexual comments made to female employees but when they say something to HR. They find a way to terminate the girls.
