Rotation of 24 hour on call.
Facial hair rule sucks, make technicians look young and "unseasoned" & coverage of tattoos. .its 2016!!
Unfortunately Bay emplyoys a "handful" of long term employees (managers/records/admin) who are rude/short, unprofessional, & unhelpful their colleges. (We're all on the same team, it would awesome if people could remember that...especially to the new hires. I've noticed a fairly decent turnover...I almost was a statistic because of this "at times seemingly unjust" broken machine at corporate. (Just a mere observation as well as here say from other employees )..but I have a pay check to earn. For new hires..the "bay way" IS a learning curve.
*Bay prides themselves on hiring nice people! (Maybe folks are jaded).
If I am rude/short/unhelpful I WILL get written up and or fired.
I agree with Bay being "strict".. I'm sure we can blame ex & current employees for this.
Not to mention branch management makes a ton more than middle management & higher level technicians. When is a branch manager oncall? Lmfao!
**what i will say. Which is true for any job.."Do your part, be helpful, be the bigger person(be professional & kind), get the job done, work hard, be attiminant about enrollment of higher level classes, & you will be successful at Bay!:
