Pros

Baylor has a lot of great people and a wonderful atmosphere. Anyone would be lucky to work here, especially to start a career.

Cons

At times, the work load can vary depending on your department. If someone leaves, sometimes their responsibilities are split instead of a replacement coming in.

Pros

Great Christian environment. Global focus. Emphasis on collaboration between academic peers and industry leaders across the world as well as across campus. Innovative thinking. Consistent growth and many opportunities to contribute to making a positive difference in student lives, local and global community.

Cons

Hankamer School of Business is out of space. A new building is planned but, in the meantime, there is insufficient office space.
