Awesome for work-study personnel

Pros

I loved my three-and-a-half years working in ITS-Hardware as a computer repair student technician. The manager and full-time people were wonderful to work with, extremely competent and professional, and understanding of a students' need for flexible hours. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Cons

Sometimes stressed-out students or faculty would make a fuss about dropping their machines off, so you might catch a bit of sass on occasion, but it is understandable. A little patience and courtesy when dealing with these types of people can go an extremely long way!

Pros

There is such a positive work environment at Baylor Outdoor Adventure. Supervisors are incredibly flexible and understanding- they genuinely care about student workers. For the most part, staff get along great. I felt challenged and motivated to excel at my job. There were many opportunities for growth for driven employees.

Limited opportunities for raises. There was also occasional conflict among staffmembers (I felt as thought management handled this well, but it.

Pros

The most inviting and friendly administration in all of academia. Baylor's leader's are outstanding in every regard. They serve as great bosses, mentors, and friends. Each department within the University has great direction and leadership that only gets better.

Cons

This is a great place to work however sometimes advancement can become an issue. Administrators tend to stay in their positions and lower level positions go through quite a bit of turn over.
