Pros

Very ethical workplace. Nice balance between between work and leisure. Christian workplace. Very nice campus. There are also great places to eat on campus and off campus.

Cons

Waco has a pretty high crime rate so sometimes it is unsafe to travel to downtown. Very Christian oriented so if you are not Christian you might feel uncomfortable.

Pros

Amazing environment where you are surrounded by great people who are Christian servants. I have enjoyed working here and coming back to work mainly because of the people.

Cons

Some faculty and staff can be very rude and inappropriately unprofessional. Salary isn't that great but it's reasonable. Upper management is okay.

Pros

Free tuition, excellent health insurance and retirement package. Christian environment and the opportunity to work with college students can be very rewarding.

Cons

Management is often promoted based on seniority, not level of competence or job skill. There is also a culture of working on weekends or after hours. It is not unusual to see someone in our office work 12-16 hour days.
