Pros

There is alot of flexability in work schedules. The people you work with are very helpful and you can expect a comfortable work setting.

Cons

Not much chance for advancement. I am only a tutor so I cant go much farther up. I am just filling this ou to be a member.

free tuition; fairly safe environment (although robberies have been going up in recent weeks); lots of free events on campus

Cons

very close minded environment; not strong management in leadership positions i have encountered; very opposed or slow to change or proress
