1. Treat everyone fairly. 2. The work doesnt push too much pressure on your performance. 3. The working environment is decent. 4. Co-workers are very friendly

Cons

The regulations (like safety issues) have been changing for several times since I work here. The instructor isnt knowledgeable sometimes.

Pros

They are very lenient with needing time off. At time I would need some time off to deal with school or just personal reasons they would nice enough to let me take the time I need.

Cons

You have to be very careful with how you approach the senior employees. Sometimes they will snap at you if you get in their way.

The work is very easy. The scheduling is pretty flexible since its split among the other staff. The environment is friendly.

Cons

The work is very easy. The pay is only minimum wage since it is work study. Also, no room for advancement.
