Teammates may based in China and require work at night. Communication sometimes may be difficulties due to culture difference and language barrier. Don't have high hope on salary increase.

Salary is under market value. Toxic work culture with ridiculous demands. Too many people with empty title such as manager , senior manager , and higher level that don’t know what to do. Also , they will not and can not make any decisions. High rate of turnover because of tyranny. The company culture overall is okay. Do not join the Quality Systems department regardless of how much they offer unless you are okay being stupid. If you’re okay to turn off your brain 24/7 and be a mindless soldiers that do not ask questions, then that department is the best place for you. There’s no such thing as common sense .
