DON'T DO IT

Pros

Working with the kids. That really is the ONLY pro.

Cons

Too many to list. ZERO work-life balance. Zero benefits. This company does not care about it's employees in the slightest. Your experience totally depends on your supervisor and the BCBAs you work with. During your first 3 months you have amazing support, as soon as your "seeded" time is over no one cares at all about your progress. Everyone is extremely passive aggressive and no one can agree on anything. They encourage you to ask questions and then never respond, then get upset at you for "not communicating". It is a horribly hypocritical environment where you will consistently get roped in to talking about coworkers, and when you don't feed into it people blow you off. Supervisors are extremely unprofessional and those above you will not help you. Rules are beyond inconsistent. They also have higher ups write all the reviews online so don't believe anything you read.

Pros

The people who work for the company are great and are very invested in their staff and the families they serve. Depending on the area you’re in there is really great collaboration across providers and a good sense of community for a home based agency. The company also really promotes ongoing training and education with great opportunities for career advancement for those who apply themselves.

Cons

The size of the company and the home-based nature of services can cause there to be some clinical and administrative differences across regions which could be improved. You’re work experience really depends on the quality of your manager. The fee for service nature can be really tough if you have families on your caseload who cancel often.
