Working with the kids. That really is the ONLY pro.

Too many to list. ZERO work-life balance. Zero benefits. This company does not care about it's employees in the slightest. Your experience totally depends on your supervisor and the BCBAs you work with. During your first 3 months you have amazing support, as soon as your "seeded" time is over no one cares at all about your progress. Everyone is extremely passive aggressive and no one can agree on anything. They encourage you to ask questions and then never respond, then get upset at you for "not communicating". It is a horribly hypocritical environment where you will consistently get roped in to talking about coworkers, and when you don't feed into it people blow you off. Supervisors are extremely unprofessional and those above you will not help you. Rules are beyond inconsistent. They also have higher ups write all the reviews online so don't believe anything you read.

After you’re hired at the base rate and work for 3 months you get a small raise.

Cons

You don’t get paid for no-shows or cancellations by the client which happens often.

Helping kiddos learn important social skills! Also pay half your Masters degree if you want to continue your career in ABA and want to become a BCBA

Long hours of you want to move up within the company.
