Dear Property Manager, Thank you for your open feedback. We are thrilled to hear about your satisfaction with our training programs and robust benefits package. Please know that we are actively working to reduce property work load. For starters, we are hiring new positions at the home office to centralize some property duties. This will enable everyone at Beacon to take more advantage of our generous vacation packages and the new for 2015 Summer Swing Schedule (taking Friday afternoons off by working extra hours during the week). Thanks again for your feedback. We look forward to making Beacon a best place to work and we encourage team members like you to reach out and let us know how we can do better. Sincerely, Jeff Baker

Pros

After deciding to attend graduate school, I pursued a part-time position with the company. It was mutually beneficial for me and for the employer, and it showed that the company tries to be as versatile and adaptive as possible. When I started the job, I was not hired for the location that I originally wanted to work. However, I accepted the job because of the potential to move up and for the travel to the home office for training that they promised. They followed through on all of it- Everyone at the home office is friendly, personable, and helpful!

Cons

Working away from the home office, sometimes it was difficult to attend all training seminars and events that they hosted. However, there are team activities and regional events to make up for it. They are always open to new ideas if you think of valuable events for the entire region away from Boston!
