Caring management staff who want to improve employee skill set. Management tries to be flexible with family and personal needs when scheduling.

Cons

No negative comment to give. I don't know what to say is negative since I truly enjoy my job and my co work.

Great co-workers. Challenging work. Always great coming in and helping others. Flexible hours and pay is "ok". Depending on your department....there are options for advancement.

Cons

Attendance policy is too strict. Not enough YTO is given based on length of employment. Wish there was more benefits and or perks.
