Pros

Paid benefits, PTO, HSA employer contribution

Cons

They try to say they have a great culture. They do not. The directors/higher ups in the company make decisions with very little feedback from those who actually do all the work and keep the company running. If you don’t have a BCBA certification, don’t expect to move up in the company. They say they offer “professional development”, but you will be so overwhelmed with processing things and in “panic mode” to keep caught up that you never actually get the option to do any development. They micromanage every part of your day. The person running HR is not approachable and very rude and seems to think she can do whatever she wants since she is a one person team. If you have an opinion that doesn’t align with the company, feedback is not well received and you will be pushed out.

Pros

The benefits and PTO seem to draw you in but it is a scam because this is the worst company to work for. The offices are nice but in my opinion pay your employees more instead of building a brand new building when everyone is very capable to work remote.

Cons

The culture is horrible. They say they pride themselves on this but it is a lie. The upper management is very clique like and what they say goes. Working at the lowest position in this company you are doing the peasant work and are unheard. You are micromanaged all the time. Expect to be a little robot with no voice and if you decide to go against what they say you might as well just be ready to be walked out the door. The HR department is horrible, you are afraid to say anything because it will be used against you. A one man HR team with no checks and balances who makes you feel like an idiot is one of the many toxics parts of this job. There is ZERO room for growth. They just create new jobs for people who have been there for years and you need an ABA certification if you want to move up at all. The CEO of the company truly has no clue how bad this place is run. Please don't waste your time applying to this company because you most likely deserve better.

Pros

Benefits include lots of PTO, free health insurance, and the occasional catered lunch

Cons

There is NO room for growth, and I don't say that lightly. If you are not certified, you will not be promoted. They micromanage you like no place I've ever worked before - they cross reference your clock in time with the good morning message you send in Teams, it is bad. HR is ran by one person who is not only completely rude and unwilling to answer questions but has a "because I said so" attitude which is toxic. You will be treated like a science experiment since they are behavior analysts, expect to be analyzed. They ask for a lot of feedback and say they are feedback driven but when you give feedback they take it as you being uncooperative and combative. Look elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.
