Pros

The company practices positive reinforcement and provides so much feedback to ensure success that the only way to fail is to not accept feedback. They are not the typical employer who waits until annual reviews to tell you how to improve, it is always front and center at the BACB. The benefits are outstanding and unlike other organizations. You have to be completely incompetent and unable to take & act on constructive feedback to not be successful.

Cons

Majority of the staff is working remote awaiting the new building to be built so it is difficult to collaborate.

Pros

I wish I could tell anyone who starts here how rotten it is below the veneer of seemingly fabulous workplace culture. At first, it looks awesome. Good benefits, decent pay, fancy office, free snacks! Well, those benefits lock you into a company that is poison to your mental health, the pay actually isn’t that good anymore, and a free bag of chips isn’t worth this nightmare.

Cons

Zero growth if you don’t have one of their certifications. Elitism. Incredibly poor communication on procedure and policy changes. Constant pressure to produce more, they’d prefer you to be a robot for the lowest pay. Core clique of admin staff that create a culture of fear. Don’t work here, you’ll regret it.

Pros

The people on my team were wonderful. Honestly I will miss working with my team so much but the cons were not worth staying for that pro. The office itself is also wonderfully managed, and I can’t speak for departments that I wasn’t part of. Things might be different over there.

Cons

There is very little room to move up unless you have a credential offered by the board. Important changes are tabled for years, and even getting fully trained can take over a year. Overworked and underpaid is an understatement. Very high quotas to hit with an expectation to complete that work to near perfection. Challenging management is a death sentence. Ego is high and self awareness is low. Constantly told you are the backbone of the company and how proud you should be, but you are underpaid and silenced. I hope things will change.
