Pros

The company has great benefits in terms of healthcare and tuition reimbursement

Cons

Unless you are a behavior analyst, well BCBA-D, don’t plan on being promoted to a position with much say.

Pros

This company really cares about the field and doing things the best way possible. They’re transparent as possible and the staff is full of diversely experienced people. The benefits are generous (as is the pay) and the culture unbeatable. The building (soon to be buildings) is wonderful as well.

Cons

Normal growing pains, people who work here need to be adaptable to meet needs as they change.

Hierarchical company

Pros

Training is provided. Location is good. Offices are attractive.

Cons

Despite what top management may want to believe, this company has a hierarchical structure. You need to be very careful about stepping on toes. Everyone bad mouths senior management and my manager participates in this. Lower managers scramble to accomodate them, and resent it. In turn the lower managers put all this stress and fear on their employees.
