Pros

There are no pros to working here.

Cons

This place is fine if you are only looking to be an RBT (no worse than the other Muncie ABA centers), but if you want any part in getting supervision hours there or being a clinician there, think again. You do not want any part in building a relationship with the leadership team here, especially the owner. The leadership team is basically her wait staff, and they have a level of devotion to her that is sickening. The owner will go out of her way to help you, then use it against you later as reasons you owe her, and will then gaslight you into thinking you are the problem. When she starts to not like you anymore, she will have her clan watch you on the cameras (she won’t do it herself, because then she would actually have to work) until you make a mistake, and then immediately penalize you for it. Do not trust a single person that works here, especially those in leadership.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We value hearing about the experiences of all current and former employees, even when the feedback is difficult to read. I’m sorry to hear that your experience with us was not what you had hoped. Our goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where all team members feel valued and empowered to grow. Your concerns about leadership and supervision hours are taken seriously, and I’ll reflect on your comments to identify areas where we can improve. Regarding your feedback on relationships with leadership, I want to assure you that we strive to lead with fairness, transparency, and integrity. It’s concerning that you felt otherwise, and I regret that we didn’t meet your expectations. I would appreciate the opportunity to learn more specifics about your experience so we can address these concerns and ensure they do not impact others in the future. We are continuously working to create an organization that supports all employees in their professional journeys, whether they aim to grow as RBTs or pursue other clinical goals. I am open to any constructive advice or further dialogue if you’d like to share more details confidentially at admin@behavioraba.com. Thank you, BAI Admin
