Pros

I always feel supported in my job and working with my clients. Leadership is there to help if I have questions. You have to speak up and ask your questions or state your issues so they can be addressed. I have never not received support or help when I have reached out. The owner is the most caring person and she does everything for the clients. They are the number one priority and are always put first. HR is compassionate and helpful when it comes to working with us for the schedule. If you follow the rules then they work with you. Clinical team steps in to help out when you have questions about programs. I love this place! Keep up the good work and putting the clients first. Ignore the haters.

Cons

Some of my co-workers are entitled and think they can do whatever they want and not face the consequences. They clearly don’t know how the real world works. What’s sad is this job is hard but rewarding and they aren’t putting their clients first and focusing on making a difference in their lives.

Great Company and Learning Experiences

Pros

This company puts all their effort into the children and their employees. The owner will do everything in her power to do what is right for the children. If you do your job and show your positive attitude, you get rewarded. Higher management works so much to make the company function. They are amazing and actually demonstrate a genuine work ethic.

Cons

Working with some college kids. The people that clearly don’t know what they are doing are the ones constantly complaining and writing poor reviews. They don’t have good work ethic, constantly calling off, and form their own cliques where all they do is spread negativity. It honestly gets exhausting. If only they knew all the behind the scenes work that it actually takes to run a business. If you have a complaint, talk to management and get your issue(s) resolved, don’t be a coward your whole life and hide behind an anonymous review. If you truly have an issue, stand up for what you believe in. People need to actually do their research before they try to critique a company. Other than the few negative people, there really aren’t any cons that are notable.

Best Company I've Worked For

Pros

Belinda is amazing and cares about the staff. When she's not at the office she's working on things for our clients and families; expanding so we can serve more clients, provide job opportunities for our clients, etc. The attendance bonus is amazing for those who are on time and show up for their shifts. It's nice to be able to count on that each month.

Cons

It's sad that there's employees (past/present) who are obviously not happy and cause STRIFE and try to ruin the reputation of the company. I feel like these concerns should be brought to HR so they can be addressed in the moment. People complain about money and the pay but Door Dash comes several times a day for the same staff.
